Case Study
This was a multimillion dollar project which comprises of four lavish dwellings with basement garages and three with additional roof terraces. The building is currently under construction and required a suspended concrete floor, block retaining walls as well as bored piers and shotcrete infill due to the proximity of the structure to the boundary and neighbouring structures. With this in mind, an efficient design was produced to suit the clients financial and aesthetic desires whilst also meeting the future tenants needs with amenities such as elevators for each of the dwellings.
