Case Study

This was a three million dollar residential project that required the design of an apartment block with concrete floors, block walls and high open spaces. Due to mitigated underground river the ground was very poor and required an out of the box approach and construction methodology to ensure the stability of loose soil due to zero boundary excavation and proximity of adjoining structures. Large bored piers and temporary steel props were used to hold the excavation during the basement construction.
