Case Study
This project was a three million dollar residential and basement drainage design. The building is an apartment block with an underground basement & floor made from concrete. This building is currently under construction and was built using both block retaining walls and bored piers with shotcrete infill due to zero boundary. There have been some issues with the council approvals for the construction. For example, the structure had to be incorporated back in to the architectural plans to prove that the design was architecturally sound & buildable. As height restrictions were imposed in the apartments the apartments were designed across split levels. This project has been customised to suit the client’s needs and has a cutting edge design software was used to achieve it.
