This one million dollar construction project was an architecturally designed single dwelling with use of siting by developing majestic balconies to wrap the house and utilise views of the suburb, lake and the city. the design is very complex with many restrictions in terms of lot space in conjunction with the basement and the pool. We worked closely with the knowledgeable builder on this design to deliver the most economic outcome while not impacting the final look and the client’s expectations on the finished product.
